What is Premature Ejaculation?
 
Premature ejaculation is a male sexual dysfunction characterized by ejaculation which always or nearly always occurs prior to or within about one minute of vaginal penetration; and inability to delay ejaculation on all or nearly all vaginal penetrations; and negative personal consequences, such as distress, bother, frustration and/or the avoidance of sexual intimacy.

Pre-come VS Premature Ejaculation
 
Pre-come is not to be mistaken for premature ejaculation. This is normal, especially for the more experienced man. Pre-cum is a clear fluid which may or may not contain sperm.
 
 
Causes of Premature Ejaculation
 
1. Aging:Young men or sexually inexperienced men take time to learn how to control the process of ejaculation. Men over the age of 40 have a likelihood experiencing erectile dysfunction. Some men who worry about loosing their erections will speed up with sex. These men needed to be treated for erectile dysfunction rather than premature ejaculation. The dryness of vaginal of female partners in menopause may speed up men’s ejaculation, if they are not using lubricant.
 
2. Medical Conditions:Nerve damaged in head, neck and lower back may either increase men’s sexual thoughts or increase the genital sensitivity, which might eventually lead to premature ejaculation.
 
3. Psychological Impact:Life stress, relationship issues, men’s traumatic experience ranging from relatively mild, i.e. being caught up by parents when masturbated in teenager, to severe, i.e. sexually abused. These may result in premature ejaculation. Men may end up in premature ejaculation if they worry about their female partners may remember the traumatic experience in their current sexual activates.
